  • Wound maintenance: The frequency of change will be dependent on the ongoing condition of the wound. – Depending on the amount of exudates Supragel™ hydrogel may be left undisturbed in the wound for up to 7-days due to its ability to maintain a moisture balanced environment. – Dry wounds may require changing every second day, subject to prevailing wound condition. – SupraGel™ should be changed if leakage occurs through the secondary dressing. – The gel may be removed by gently irrigating the wound with a sterile saline solution 0.9%. – SupraGel™ has a Bacteriostatic action, which inhibits bacterial growth
